1. Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact Salonix CRM, we may collect your name, business name, business type, mobile number, email address, city, number of branches and the requirements you submit. Authorized business-user accounts may also store login email, recovery email, role, branch access, login time, IP address, browser/system details and security-session activity.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, configure business access, provide support, secure accounts, maintain service records and improve Salonix CRM. We do not provide an end-customer login portal.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, notification or communication providers only when needed to operate the service. Business data belongs to the relevant subscribed business and is accessible according to configured roles and permissions.
4. Security
Salonix CRM uses protected sessions, role permissions, optional email two-step verification, recovery email verification, device/session monitoring and force-logout controls. No internet system can be guaranteed completely risk-free, so authorized users should keep passwords private and remove access when staff leave.
5. Retention
Website enquiries and account-security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for sales, support, security, legal or operational purposes. Authorized administrators may remove certain records through available controls.
6. Your choices
You may ask to correct or remove website-enquiry information, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or update account and recovery details through the authorized business administrator.
7. Cookies and sessions
Salonix CRM uses essential cookies and session identifiers for login, security and application operation. These are necessary for authorized business access.
8. Contact
For privacy-related questions, use the Contact page or submit a request through the Salonix CRM website.
